Lawsuit filed by Emperor Emmanuel cult
Nine years ago, I investigated and reported on this dangerous Kerala-based cult*. Recently, through the Thrissur court, they have served a summons on me/my ministry for “misusing and misutilizing the registered service mark ‘Emperor Emmanuel’ with logo … in his online portal“.
All images were obtained from online sources and used in my reports to illustrate and identify the dangers that this cult poses to Catholics. I cannot see anything unlawful with that.
